Myriam’s Fotos
Pixabay is a huge community resource of images for webmasters and Social Media lovers. Its got a countless number of images and graphics, which have been kindly uploaded, and contributed to the community by its members.
Photography
The quality of the images on Pixabay are of such a high standard, its a joy to look at them. Many are by professional photographers and enthusiastic photography fans.
Pixabay Hi-Quality Standards
To submit photographs to Pixabay, they must pass a strict quality control setup. This ensures that all photos uploaded are at a top-class level.
Today we’re covering one member’s channel and its called ‘Myriams-Fotos’. Each member has their own ‘channel’ where they can upload and display their work and graphics.

Editor’s Choice on Pixabay
One feature on Pixabay I love is called ‘Editor’s Choice’. This put’s the spotlight on some absolutely amazing photo’s by contributors. The ‘Editor’s Choice’ level is extremely high, we’re talking totally first class here.

I’ve put together an Artographic / Infographic sized image dedicated to the Myriams-Fotos channel. This just shows a very brief selection, in fact at the time of writing she has 1,169 photos uploaded.

There’s a huge focus (pardon the pun) on Cameras up on Pixabay as you imagine for a photography based community. There’s so much to learn on the world of Cameras, and tons of tips given.
Pixabay Example Usage Mockups
I have also taken one of Myriams-Fotos’ images, and used it for an eBook cover design. Its an example of how you could use some of the images you will find on Pixabay, to create your own product images if you are an Internet Marketer. This example shown is an eBook, but there’s nothing stopping you using a Pixabay image for a real book cover in the real world – you do remember the real world don’t you? ;).
Of course you could also use these images for Social Media purposes, there’s a few demo ideas below.
Facebook Group / Page Cover Mockup
Try using one of these classy Pixabay images for a Facebook Group or Page Cover, they look perfect, its ‘Lepidoptera Time’ ;). Here’s an example for instance. This neat little pic below:

Twitter Post Mockup
Pixabay images make for some beautiful Twitter Image Posts. One possibility is to caption them with inspiring quotes for example. This image below is one of Myriams-Fotos, and also shows (at time of writing), 174 thumbs-ups and its been favorited 159 times. It is a smashing Pic, one of my faves.
Business Card Mockup
This business card mockup below, uses that excellent image as the main backround. This is just an example idea, you could choose an image from thousands of Pixabay uploads.
You could use a suitable graphic for multiple types of business cards. Just do a search on Pixabay for the niche you are interested in, and you’re bound to find a match. Remember we spoke of the quality control up at Pixabay? This is an example of where that kicks in.
